Join us as we get creative with cooking healthy and learn new ways to find balance in the kitchen. Registered dietitian Melinda Benz demonstrates healthy recipes and shares healthy cooking tips and customized nutrition education based on the recipe.

Celebrate National Heart Month at the February Cooking for Wellness class to get the scoop on choosing heart-healthy condiments. You’ll see how to make a creamy mayo spread using only plant-based ingredients. We’ll discuss the essentials of heart health and learn ways to reduce saturated fat and cholesterol through simple diet changes.
